I’m Nalini Iyer. I’m from a traditional family and have a strong belief towards Ayurveda . In my childhood days I had observed my grandparents and parents trying to apply natural remedies for common ailments. They never visited the hospital and tried to reduce health issues with ingredients available in the kitchen or plants and herbs around our home. They visited the local Vaidyar in case the health problem was not resolved with home remedies and required medical assistance.

This belief in Ayurveda practices brought in confidence and I’m managing the website with the knowledge gained through observation and from referring Ayurveda books and data from the Internet. My hobbies include reading and my teaching profession enabled me to interact and include my learnings.
