Foods that must include in your Diet to prevent Heart Attack

Diet can play an important role in reversing and preventing heart diseases. Though there are a lot of things you can eat to keep your heart healthy, here are few simple and natural remedies to give your heart a helping hand:

 GARLIC:  Garlic has a host of medicinal properties that makes it a truly miraculous herb. People who are regular consumers of garlic are more likely to have a batter blood circulation and lesser chances of harmful blood platelet aggregation. Garlic is beneficial for condition like coronary heart disease. Garlic is also used to lower and LDL (bad) cholesterol, as well as blood pressure.

Eat one or two freshly crushed garlic cloves daily.

GREEN TEA: Green tea is used to lower cholesterol level. Green tea is better than black tea as it is rich in an antioxidant substance. OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS: It is an essential nutrient that helps reduce heart disease. They also lower fatty blood components that block your arteries. Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids, commonly found in fish will help lower blood pressure and reduce risk of death from heart disease.

To prevent a heart attack is simpler than what you think. These lifestyle changes can help prevent a heart attack and heart disease.

  • Add plenty of fruits, vegetables, grains, and food high in omega-3 fatty acids.
  • Practice yoga, meditation that can help reduce your stress levels.
  • Eat fish at least once a week as it reduces the risk of rapid irregular heartbeat- a major cause of sudden death.
  • Avoid oils that are processed by heat or hydrogenated.
  • Ride a cycle for just 20 minutes a day so as to reduce heart attack.
  • Say no to smoking as you can show an early sign of heart disease.
  • Go to bed an hour earlier. Lack of sleep increase stress hormones, raises blood pressure and affects blood sugar levels. Sleep for at least nine hours a day.
  • Eat a piece of dark chocolate several times a week as it is good for your heart!
  • Check the sugar levels in your body as too much of sugar in your blood can damage your arteries.
  • Have a beer once a day as it will lower the cholesterol level; increase their blood levels of heart- healthy oxidants. Red wine would be better. Either drink a beer or wine but not both.
  • Too much pf cholesterol makes a heart attack more likely. So try and prevent your cholesterol numbers.
